Our guards are local Aruban citizens or other nationalities with valid work permits. We follow strict hiring rules to comply with Aruba government regulations. All guards receive training from our team and specialized trainers, focusing on safety, crime prevention, and security. The training matches the needs of the companies we serve.

      All guards are trained in accordance with the requirements of our customers. We analyze factors such as location, functions, activities, and level of responsibility and place the guard whose personality, appearance, age, and experience best fulfills the demand.

  • All guards undergo a basic training that entails the following:

     Understanding the responsibility of the position

     The do’s and don’ts: what are allowed and what not.

     Basic training in courtesy and firmness

    Every guard also gets training specifically for the post to which he is assigned.

    Besides the basic training, we also provide the guards with the following training depending on the post assignment and client’s requirements. These courses are also offered to employees a position advancement opportunity. Certificates are provided upon successful completion of the course.
